I had an episode while at work the other day in front of my coworkers. Thankfully my boss wasn't around to see it. I haven't told anyone at work about any of my MI issues but part of me is wondering if I shouldn't at least mention it to my boss. If I was to apply for FMLA she would most likely find out anyway

I wouldn't tell your boss if I were you, it's hard to know if they'll be understanding or not. I had intermittent FMLA and only HR got the details, they approved it, and my boss just got a form signed by my doctor saying I needed it, end of story.

Was this episode at work part of a larger (longer) episode? Because if it only lasted during the course of one interaction, I think it's unlikely (i.e. it could have been situational). Unless, as I say, you're already in an episode anyway and this was part of it. I hope things get better at work!
Thanks for this!

Right now I'm very pissed. No cable, no satellite and Netflix ain't connected.
Note to self. Next woman has to agree to not disconnect or throw away anything without a substitute in hand.
