Same here. My mind is constantly going, and repeating. I frequently get songs jammed in my brain. Or rhymes I make up. Other people, like when I asked my husband do actually have periods of no thoughts. Huh!

My husband is sitting 3 feet from me in a recliner and I just asked .. Hey what ya thinking about ? His response was .. Nothing ! and its freaking true , me on the other hand have 13223389 things zooming around at this single minute.
