Do you swear a lot? I like to swear a lot. I swear like a f***ing sailor.

Do you tend to swear even more when you're in an episode? Personally, I don't know. I haven't thought about it... but I think Lamictal has tamed my swearing somewhat.

I swear A LOT.....worse than a sailor lol

I probably swear more during an episode because I get angry and irritated more often and those moods cause me to swear more.

I swear a ton. More than I wish I did. Even when I'm not in an episode. When I'm irritable probably every other word is a swear word!

I don't mind other people swearing.
If there's too much swearing for a prolonged period, the person's agitation kind of "gets to me." I have to get away in order to not also eventually become equally agitated.

I don't like to get into the habit of it myself.

I was shocked with how much I was swearing in the most recent episode.
I found it a bit distressing in all honesty. I did not feel I was in total control of my own swearing, which was bothersome to me. I feel, at least for me, there is a time and a place for swearing or not.

If I'm around people who swear I swear a lot. Around my son I might mutter a swear under my breath but I'm pretty good at keepin my language clean. I don't swear around my mom either because she doesn't like it. But when I'm with my brother or sister in law...yeah I have a potty mouth lol.

Depends on who I'm with. My friends and the older of my younger sister, yes, I swear a lot. Around my youngest sisters and nephew, along with my parents I try not to.

Oh, and I absolutely can't stand when people say "cuss" or "cussing." I don't know why, but it has always bothered me like nails on a chalkboard.

For years, especially when raising my kids, I didn't swear. About 7 years ago, I started cussing constantly. It got pretty bad. My kids noticed. My husband noticed and decided to join me in the cussing. It was fun. Now I'm back to rarely swearing but I do have my moments. I think I cuss more when manic. Statistically, I talk so much, a swear word is bound to occur due to the sheer volume of words I spew at that time. I'm very expressive and sometimes nothing expresses like a good ole swear word.

What fun.

My whole family swears. Sometimes we swear at each other, which is especially fun.

Oddly I swear more when I'm alone than I do around other people and hardly at all since being stable.

I'm a bilingual swearer. Althought I'm ashamed to admit my kids beat me at it. In both languajes.
It's not part of my conversation to me. To them, it is. Terrible. I've tried to beat 'em several times to no avail. And I can articulate four to one on the bad side.

I use the word S*** a lot. Otherwise I don't swear all that much unless I'm in the middle of a manic episode, which is when I drop F-bombs all over the place. LOL

Lol!

I understand. I don't swear much at all, in general. This last mixed episode was different. Wow! F-bombs everywhere.

Similar to Elsa's husband, mine joined in, making it all a bit more comical and much more tolerable. Just knowing he could have fun with it helped me to move into acceptance... and we had some fun with it.

I swear sometimes but I swear a lot when I am angry.
I don't mind when people swear as long as they realize there is a time and a place
for everything. Swearing can be a good way to blow off steam in a harmless way.
I believe there are times it can be healthy to go off on a swearing tirade.

I swear more than I'd like to admit. As far as during an episode, I'm not sure, I'm still in a learning phase as I like to put it.
