I'm so frustrated. I just had an anxiety attack (not rare for me) over my health concerns. Here's what I've narrowed some possibilities down to:

*Abilify side effects
*Lithium side effects
*B-12 deficiency
*Iron deficiency

Or a combination of any. UGH. I've been having heart palpitations, tingling in hands and feet, and many other more less serious symptoms.

I see my pdoc tomorrow and will tell him all of them. I see my GP Thursday and I will tell her all of them, too. I'm hoping I can get some blood work done tomorrow (ordered by pdoc).

I'm so sick of health problems.

good idea to check with you doc, but those all sounds like classic anxiety symptoms...
Thanks for this!

Get a full spectrum Blood testing. Your Iron, vitamin D , Minerals levels etc could be off and it causig some problems ... Thyroid is a big one.

If your Pdoc is a Benzo Nazi have you tried Buspar? It helps some people.

You might have to real push the Pdoc and GP to do some testing to see if there is indeed something going on that can be treated..

Be proactive and don't back down

Hope you get some answers

Sometimes I AM having anxiety, other times not. Abilify is known for causing anxiety and heart palpitations. Here's the thing: my anxiety has gotten WAY better on the Abilify. It went from severe to mild. I would say it's pretty mild right now.

I take Xanax PRN and Xanax XR currently. I don't normally take this much, but since pdoc is still adjusting my meds, I'm taking it until I get stable on a good med combo.

My pdoc also reduced my Latuda pretty drastically a few weeks ago (from 120 mg to 60 mg) when he also increased my Abilify from 5 mg to 10 mg and that's when these palpitations started.

It's so confusing.
