I've noticed in the last day or two that I've become less energetic and feeling as though I've needed more sleep than I have in about the past month. Like right now, I honestly feel like I could go to sleep, and it's not even 7pm.

I would just keep an eye on it. If you get stuck in wondering if every little thing is a mood change you'll drive yourself crazy.

Definitely something I'll be discussing with my therapist and pdoc tomorrow and Friday.

For about a week recently, I was sleeping 12 hours at night and 1 or two naps lasting between 3-6 hours. Basically, I was sleeping about 18hours a day. I could not keep my eyes open. I feared it was a big storm of depression brewing but it turned out not to be. It's good to keep your eyes peeled for warning signs. It could be depression brewing, or maybe you just need some extra sleep right now. Keep us posted on how you are feeling. I hope the sleepiness goes away. (((Hugs)))

Could mean depression, but it also could mean catching up on sleep from a hypo/manic episode.

The good thing is that not every hypo/manic episode has a crash, so you may actually be okay.

Do you have a mood journal? I would totally start one right now if you don't have one already.
Thanks for this!

I've been trying to keep up with a mood chart I found online and starting to journal as well. The last few days have been hectic as you are aware with moving and all so I fell a bit behind.
