Trying to break free from feeling lower than a junk yard dog.
Read a study about spanking therapy.
Thought well,if it's just an endorphin release needed why can't a regular orgasm work? ( aparently pain releases endorphins too,as does lots of exercise.
But, a short time after my endorphin high I'm ready for a nap.
What's this? Endorphin withdrawal syndrome ?

Dr. Oz says that people should have about one orgasm per day to maximize their health.

I have bulimia so I get my endorphin buzz with foods. I was doing good for awhile but not so much recently. I truly would feel stoned after binging on sweets and salts. It's crazy. But yea it's the same as sex or some get off by other acts such as crime, stealing, or well... Knitting I guess. All these addictive behaviors release chemicals. When my ED was really bad I'd turn into the biggest ***** if I didn't have my junk food fix! As far as orgasms go... Same thing. I once tried to keep myself from drinking by masturbating excessively lmao. Hey I was desperate but I ran out of battery after awhile. Sorry TMI lol

I don't think one per day is enough. 3 is about right.
But everyone's appetite is different.
Maybe a lot of people who have BP are acting out because of low brain chemicals. Or do we need more chemicals than the average persons?
