What makes you frustrated?

This can relate to bipolar meds.

Haldol shots make me frustrated.

SIDE EFFECTS MAKE ME FRUSTRATED!

Living out in the middle of nowhere by a bunch of cornfields and cows makes me frustrated.

You?

Oh, better yet, also:

What makes you mad?

What makes you happy?

What do you find boring?

Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

This anxiety is frustrating me right now. It's like any little thing will trigger it off, and it takes me a long time to calm back down. I think it might be the Latuda but my pdoc doesn't want me off of it because I've only been on it a month. She upped my Viibryd, but one of the common side effects is, you guessed it, anxiety. I don't need anymore anxiety. I just want it to stop.

Being so close to stability but not quite there. Having 4 good days then a bad one. Feeling like I can't cope with daily functions sometimes. Being told I'm high functioning when I don't feel that way at all. Maybe I'm expecting too much. I know my coping skills still need a lot of work. Hugs

I think the things that irritates me the most right now are barking dogs and grocery store clerks who have to examine everything I buy and comment on what dinners I plan to make.

One was like oh somebody's having tacos. No nachos. Looks like someone has the munchies gah.. Good grief its like an invasion. Wonder what she would have said if I bought tampons. I mean just ring up the food and let me get the heck out of here already. I seriously hate that.

boredom is sitting around on the weekends with nothing to do and nothing on TV. We do that a lot because its a small town and there isn't much to do here unless your hungry. About all there is here is restaurants and fast food places.

cyber and telephone tree rudeness - i.e. impossibility to get a live person or any way to get answers to a computer or gadget problem that I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR. It's not the "representatives'" that are cyber-rude - it's not their fault, and I feel real sorry that they have to deal with people like me all day long (I know it's not just me!) --it's "the System" and the policy makers at the top of the company who set it up. Forbes Magazine's study says telephone companies and health insurance companies are the #1 worst! Sometimes I fly into a rage with this stuff. I almost broke my phone when I smashed it down on the desk.
