Corn flakes.
Boil a cup of goat milk @ 263 degrees for 5 1/2 minutes. Turbinado sugar is good, but expensive.
Demerara will do. 3 tablespoons. A pinch of salt and some cinnamon sticks. Like 3.
In a big cup, not bowl, drop the sugar, salt and cinnamon sticks. Stir for 45 seconds.
Carefully and slowly start pouring the corn flakes so they don't turn too small.
Get some fresh cow mik from the fridge and pour it over in the cup. With all the other secret ingredients. And, please, dispose of the goat milk. It stinks.

I'm the only person I know (besides my mom) that loves Cream of Wheat. I usually like it with a ton of cinnamon and sugar.

I like cream of wheat! I've been telling my sell to remember to buy it......but I only think of it in the morning, not when I'm at the store.

I love cream of wheat and grits too... the thicker the better, milk on the cream of wheat, and a drizzle of maple syrup on the grits.

There's another one but I haven't seen it in stores forever

It was called shredded wheat. Came rolled in a pillow shape bisket. You poured boiling water over it, dumped the water and added milk and sugar.
