I did something different for a change I was honest!

My psychiatrist asked me do you have a suicide plan and supplies. I decided to be honest and tell her yes. I was always worried that they would end up locking me away. I decided I wanted to see how they really react. Turns out they don't care at all. All the anxiety for absolutely nothing. who knew?

So now I look forward to the next time. I'll be able to say what difference does it make you don't do anything to help me anyway.

Yes they did yes . I would not have cooperated with them putting me in the hospital or anything anyway. I was more or less curious as to how they react. It is more for less and act. Truth is is I don't really trust them. I don't even want to be a medication

Hopefully you can learn to trust them enough. No one wants meds
