I'm so sorry you are having a tough time right now. DBT can provide some useful tools and coping skills, but put it aside for now. When you are feeling stronger, see if you can find a DBT group in your area. Maybe your therapist can help you find one. I go to one provided by my local mental health clinic.

BPII and GAD
Currently On 600 mg trilipteral, 20 mg Celexa, and 80 mg Propranolol for tremors. Klonopin for anxiety, as needed, and 25 mg Seroquel nightly for sleep.
