Hi, I'm new to the forum I am a teen with bipolar and wanted to seek some advice. I'm currentally on medication and in a new relationship. I know how much he likes me but I find myself having irrational doubts. This is something I have struggled with in a past relationship and in other areas of my life. If anyone could give me some advice on how to cope with these thoughts it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to PC. You are recognizing that these thoughts are irrational. That is great. I know it would be very hard but would it help to talk through it with your T? You were so brave to put it out here. Just working through how what is causing you to have doubts and replacing them with what is actually going on can let the relationship grow. I know how hard that is as I often fall into this trap myself. I am sure that he cares about you as he has chosen this relationship for himself. Feel free to PM me if you want. Take care.
