Today is a down day and I'm not sure why. I slept 11 hours and I'd like nothing more but to just go back to bed but I have to babysit. My anxiety has been monumental lately so I've had to up the coping skill usage and haven't resorted to Ativan yet. I might take some later though.

I'm nervous to tell pdoc what's been going on but hoping it all goes away soon. Keep feeling spiders are crawling on me. Remind myself they're not. (Flashback to a night in ip where I scratched my arms maroon and told nurse I felt them all over me and she gave me Thorazine.)
Feel dead or stuck in a dream. (Is this real life?) seeing spiders and I hate them!

Hugs to you, HallieBeth.

It sucks to feel like that. I would definitely tell your pdoc so s/he can help you to minimize or eliminate the spider hallucinations.

Good job using your anxiety coping strategies, and keeping in mind that you have the meds to help you if you need. I hope you get some relief soon...
Thanks for this!

Why are you nervous to tell your psychiatrist? They're not going to shoot you up with Thorazine in the office.

I know that. I just always get nervous. But I always usually tell them everything.

My biggest stressor right now is that my latest ip bill is about to go to collections and I can't do **** to stop it! I'm trying to just radically accept that.

Other than that I've been doing relatively well!

Another blah crappy day -sigh-

The stomach aches, headaches and exhaustion is too much. Add the other crap and I'm overwhelmed. Taking me an Ativan when I get home (I'm with my grandparents-took them to the dr)
