Ok so the last 2 nights this feeling has come back and now this time has carried through to the morning and there is so much to do like I have a thousand plans of things I need to do and projects to start and I am feeling very magical again and it is weird cause normally I hate myself but today I kind of feel like I am amazing and my head is going fast again.

Time to either call your doctor or go to the ER. You are headed that direction if you don't reach out for medical help.

I think calling your doc may be good. Hoping that all is well with you.

tell your mother what has been going on, trust her to support you.
You need some one in real life to trust and be on your team/side.

This is how you were feeling when you ended up hospitalized. You are becoming manic again. You need to call your doctor and/or go to the ER before it gets out of control again.

Mania doesn't just stop at a certain point. It will just get worse each day until you eventually do want to hurt yourself. Nip this in the bud please and call your pdoc. Every thread you start is the same. And every response is the same. This won't simply just stop at a sweet spot.
Thanks for this!

They can't deny care to anyone. I'm sure if you told them what you're telling us then they can help you. Some hospitals have a psych dr on call that could help. And if not, they can refer you to a pdoc to see like the next day. It can't hurt.

Maybe call your caseworker to find out which doctor is the one designated to follow your outpatient care?

Sounds like classic garden variety mania. You can't see it but we can. You're being given a gift here, a heads up, to go get help before you spin out of control. Of course mania feels good in the beginning, we all like it, we all feel kind of magical, but it's illusive, a trick, we are actually sick and getting sicker. You have the opportunity to catch it before it gets worse. And with biolar the higher you fly the farther you fall. Remember the fallout that happens after the mania. No fun. So we try to stay even.
