Man it's been four years since I quit, but have been having horrible cravings for a cigarette past two weeks. What gives.

Is something rough happening in your life right now? Sounds like cigarettes were a coping mechanism for you at some point.

It's that sucks! Hope you're alright and don't do it bro! 4 years is too much an achievement. If you lived in Aus it's like $35 for a 25 deck

Hang in there. I got a vape and some 0mg nicotine juice. It satisfies the oral craving without getting any nicotine. I use it once in a while. I still get cravings for cigarettes occasionally.

Yea I'm not gonna give in and buy a pack I made a mental block on that. Sorta helped when I quit. I'll be honest in the past four years I may have bummed a cigarette but it's very rare and I can't finish one cause the taste grosses me out.
