I've had one of those weeks (and it's ONLY Tuesday), where I am ready to just throw in the towel, take a few pills and go to sleep and possibly not wake up. This last 18 month period or so has taken it's toll on me mentally, physically and emotionally and I'm not sure how much more I can take. Maybe I need a break from reality. I just don't know what else to do or say anymore to make the pain and hurt go away.

Sorry, just need to vent somewhere.

Hello there ....do you have a therapist ? Talking about things with someone can really help? There are support groups too to think abt if available in your area. I'm not sure if you have support from friends and family. Me myself only have an aunt and my adult daughter so I know support can be hard. I do not have any friends just one person from school but I only talk/text her once or twice every two months. She's not the support type just someone to shoot the breeze with. National Suicide hotline 1-800-273-TALK. I hope some of this helps.

It is called passive suicidality. It is a passing thing. When it passes, write down what you enjoy about your life and next time the passive suicidality strikes, read that record to remind yourself of how you feel when you feel better. It is a cyclical illness and this, too, shall pass (and return, and pass again).
Thanks for this!
