I was going through a really difficult time. I ended up in IP for the past five days. I was discharged this afternoon.
I'm just now in recovery mode and trying to move forward.

Sometimes we just have to go IP to reset our brains. I'm glad you went in. But remember, you have been through a serious episode of illness so you need to take time to recover, exactly as though you'd been through surgery. ((((HUGS))))
