I totally forgot to take all my nighttime meds lol. Including my seroquel. I was wondering why I couldn't sleep. Now I have to lay in my bed unable to sleep while hallucinating. Fun

I did the same thing last night -- I skipped my meds by accident. (I was out late at night and wasn't able to take my meds at my normal time.)

It happens.

I agree with Wander. Try splitting your dose?
Thanks for this!

Sorry, but I'm sure many of us have done that at least a time or two...I know I have, and no, it's not fun.

You're in bed right now, unable to sleep?

Can't you take your seroquel right now?

I hope you get good rest tonight. I got very sick today and took a long nap and am scared I screwed up my sleeping schedule and won't be able to sleep tonight. I might take some seroqiel if I'm not asleep by 2am.

Good luck on getting some rest. (((Hugs)))
