Ultimately in my opinion, I don't think it necessarily matters where you post. We all have varying degrees of issues that we have to deal with on a consistent basis and everyday may be a different set of symptoms and/or feelings. Again, just my 2¢ worth

SZA is part of the bipolar spectrum so posting here should be just fine. The SZA forum is a bit slower but it's ok to post there too. I likely have SZA too and we do have unique things we deal with outside of mood episodes so the SZA board might be helpful sometimes but for daily posting this forum should get you the most support and many people will relate.

I'm glad you are making some progress and may get the help you need soon. Keep us posted and good luck. (((Hugs)))
