I'm feeling the same way today, try doing something you'd enjoy. I feel you have it worse than me, so maybe it's time to make that first step and talk to a professional about what you're going through.

Hi Astral. I wish that I had some word of advice. If you feel that you need to call your crisis team then do it. They are there to help you.

I’m so sorry you are suffering. I too can’t meditate, especially in groups, or I totally freak out and think someone is out to get me. I think it opens the Pandoras Box of my PTSD. Hang in there. Things should calm down soon. Have you had an antipsychotic? I find Haloperidol helps me when I’m like that. Stay safe.

Can you just ask your husband to just hold you. Sounds kinda silly, but I have done that before and it help soothed me down.

The distressed level you are you it might be best to call a crisis line to help unload your thoughts and fears.

I hope you feel better and safe very soon.

I’ve seen posts from others who react poorly to meditation—I think in ptsd or complex ptsd.

I’m so sorry that happened to you
