Got two new tires. Old ones were worn right down and one had a nail. Got two new pieces of jewelry- one for my nostril and the other for my labret. Did laundry. Watched TV. Took a nap. Went to salvation army with a friend and met another friend at Starbucks. Kids weren't home can you tell?

I just spent the afternoon rewatching finding a family (the movie from 2010 about the bipolar mother, and the kid trying to find a new home)

it gets me every time. it is so emotional

but it is such a great movie. I do like it, and it's nice how it all works out for him in the end

Sitting here trying not to freeze to death. Sometimes I hate living in the Midwest.

The temp is cold but so pretty today. The trees are covered in frost and evergreensare green and it is snowing under the sun making the snow glitter. It's like being inside a glittering snow globe.

Usually I feel great but today I feel anxious and intrusive thoughts have entered my mind at the thought of losing my health insurance. Didn't I just go through this a few weeks ago with DHS? I can't not take my meds.

Congratulations, Bizi!

Not much happened today. I did write a poem based on a dream I had last night. Other than that it's been cruising PC.
Thanks for this!

My dreams have been half remembered mixed up mess. I miss my wild kaleidoscopic dreams, they were like cool movies. Not been sleeping deeply nor well lately, not at all last night.

Did some laundry and some cleaning, not nearly enough though. I suddenly got a headache and took a little nap. I could honestly just go to bed right now.

I'm playing on PC. I just got home from visiting my friend at Panera with my son. We basically ate and ran home. I am doing laundry and just got a shower. Feel reFRESHed! I have to go pick up my daughter at some point tonight. I told her not late because I'm going to bed!

Earlier today, I was wondering if I shouldn't start back up with my T. Or maybe another T. It was just a thought.

Saturday was good. Drove to Philly for a family party. I had a great time and it was nice to see everyone. Today...plans cancelled, drive home took forever, got in car accident when almost home (not even sure if this guy has legit insurance, I'll find out tomorrow since office was closed), come to read some bs here which has officially made this a shi**y day.

Sorry for the bad day, Gina.

Went to T, planned meals, and did grocery shopping. That was pretty much it.

Well, I've officially cancelled my season sski/snowboarding pass because of the arm fracture.

At least I get 50% refund... Better than nothing.

Also, I'm traveling to Europe on Saturday. Bleh. Staying there for 2 weeks on business. And my anxiety is sky high because of the presentations I have to do.

Once I'm back, I've got to get another x-ray (follow up), then do physical therapy.

Hey Blue - sorry to hear the arm is what it is, but glad you were at least able to get some $ back.

Had a good day. Work was off for the MLK holiday, so I spent the day at home. Played Clue with the kids, hung some shelves for my wife, baked cinnamon rolls (also with the kids), and watched Finding Dory for the first time. Got the girls in bed, the boys are reading and showering, and my wife is hosting a meeting. I'm sitting in my bedroom surfing PC. Pretty productive day, and overall a good one. Will eventually take my Latuda and crash, back to the grind tomorrow.

Had a really good day, went snowshoeing again which is my new favorite thing, talked with my Mom & going to Skype with my daughter later. My mood is nice & even & my depression is nowhere to be seen.

Found out today that a cardiac drug that I've been taking for 2 years has depression as a side effect. Was going to go to a DBSA meeting this evening, but blew it off. My lurk hand is strong.

Struggling just a bit. Just had a very crazy weekend and didn't end up sleeping very much. I think I'm starting to crash.

I found out about someone I used to know who committed suicide today. He seemed so bright when I knew him, strange how we all find the dark places.

Just trying to feel a little more than empty right now, I hope writing something helps. Family detached as usual. Not sure why they seem uncomfortable with me. A day at a time I suppose. I'll try to sleep. Probably won't anyway.
Thanks for the read.
