I am watching tv. I am trying to talk my younger son into going out with me. I went out to Friday Lunch with friends. Before that, I had coffee with another friend. I came home and took a nap. Now I have a headache. I'm trying to get my son to go to Panera with me, but he's still in the shower. I had plans with my friend for the weekend, but he has to work: the ice made them go home early on Tuesday, so the week gets backed up into the weekend. I don't even know if we're going to reschedule for next weekend as now his car is broken. On the upside, he's mailing me something. I'm thinking its a bluetooth for my phone. But we'll see. I had thought I'd write in my blog tomorrow, but I really have nothing to write about. I have written a lot lately and haven't had any hallucinations recently. (On Rexulti and Zyprexa at the same time!)

Slow day. Got the laundry done and making dinner. Was hoping to do a lot more, but felt really tired and slept part of the afternoon. Took my acrylic nails off to save money. Feel kind of down but not really depressed.

Fractured arm doesn't persistently hurt anymore when I take Aleve! Woohoo! (It only hurts when I move it certain ways.)

Also got a new therapist and met with her today. She's way awesome. Then again, anyone is better than a therapist who talks about how he masturbates and who makes fun of schizophrenics.

Looks like I'm actually going to get somewhere with therapy this times She seems to know DBT, which is awesome! I got nowhere with my previous therapist

Didn't get as much sleep as I would have liked but it's been a positive day. Feel connected which is nice cause I've been feeling very spacey. Going to have a nice low key evening watching a couple of sci-fi movies & make some slushies. Remembered to take all of my meds.

We never did go out to Panera. I wanted my mom's husband to check out my tires and it turns out I need new ones. So we're getting up early to go to the tire shop. So bed early, even if that just means I stare at my phone for a bit. (I know- blue light bad!) I just can't have a day to sleep in, can I? Monday through Friday are school days and Sunday is church.

I hate spending money on stuff like tires I always think about how much fun stuff I could do with the money-oh well safety first! Sorry you didn't make it to Panera they rock.

I don't mind buying the tires. The ones I have now really aren't safe. I don't require really expensive tires as I don't own a really expensive car. We didn't make it to Panera, but we go there a lot, so we'll be back.

tomorrow will be my 12 day straight working. Off on sunday and I will be glad to not have the alarm set.
see a client tomorrow at 9am then lunch with hubby, chicken and sausage gumbo (no rice, bread or potato salad because I am dieting). At a new place called Fezzos. This is a second location and we are excited to try it. The first time I ate there 15 years ago at the scott location. It was all fried food.
Now they have grilled foods too. so they have improved.
I have a hair appointment at 1 then another client around 4.
I am a foot care nurse, give pedicures to the elderly in their homes.

last couple of days has just been the average norm for me... surviving with little to no support, having a lot of stability issues, having lots of people laugh in my face and getting no sleep

I'm so tired. I'm dreading getting out of bed, especially with the crappy weather outside. But gotta get an early start out of here because the weather is bad and I have a long drive ahead of me. Looking to seeing the family though.

My youngest just left with his dad for the weekend. I've got to return the xmas stuff to my mom's. (It can't stay on my living room floor forever.) I tentatively am meeting two friends (separately) today. We will see if either pulls through.

Need to clean my house, but I'm feeling pretty off today. Missed either my trileptal or my gabapentin last night. Don't know which. Probably why I feel off. Cleaning house realistically probably won't happen today.

I am going to make myself go grocery shopping soon. Then probably have movie night with my son this evening. Maybe I'll lay around and read the rest of the day. Really not feel right.

I'm terrified of losing my Obamacare. I am a freelancer with no other source of health insurance. I take 5 psych meds and 3 non-psych meds and my visits to my pdoc, according to insurance paperwork, cost over $500. And of course we all have 'preexisting conditions.' I couldn't manage without insurance. I know that Trump has promised to get rid of it his first day and replace it with something he won't share (if there is anything at all). That's all I know because reading articles about it make me nauseous. God help all of us on Obamacare...

I'm looking for full time jobs, but have been unable to find any in my field. I'll keep looking; it's my only option at this point, even if I have to commute a great deal to do it.

Got the stuff returned, but so far neither friend has contacted me. In that case, I think I'll take a nap. I've been up since 7 and now its 2. That will make them both call at the same time. lol Oh well, good excuse to charge my phone, too. Beddiebye here I come.

Just fell down coming out of Outback Steakhouse after lunch. One of those slow motion falls, had to have been comical to watch. Ok just got my pants all wet and scuffed up one of my knees. We had some freezing rain that has now turned to just rain, the curb was slick and I bit it. Anyway, feeling much better than I was earlier this week. Back to my huge pile of laundry now.

That happened to me on Christmas Day when my brother and I were walking back to his car after attending the Steelers game. All was going well and then...BAM!!! I somehow tripped and fell. I didn't realize my knees were all scuffed up until the next day. Glad you're ok.

If it puts you at ease at all, I did read several news articles awhile back where it seems as if Trump wants to keep the parts that cover pre-existing conditions. Also the part where kids can remain on their parents plan until age 26.

Didn't do much today. Wrote some poetry, took a walk around the mall, and made dinner. Other than that it's been puttering on PC.

Went to the library, played around in the snow & made chili. Also watched the Falcons game with my hubby & bought a plane ticket to visit my daughter in LA.

I slept until 6:30pm. Woke up depressed. Felt anxious for 1-2 hours. Now I'm back to depressed.
