Even emotions like anger frustration even jealousy.
From my dreams and white I'm trying to calm down after them. In the daytime I feel nothing. No urge to do anything. No creativity.

I used to be that way too. I think it has to do with sleep, if I am honest. Without it, we can be a wreck. I have noticed, for myself, since I have switched up my sleeping pattern and have been getting some rest, I feel somewhat of normalcy and I am able to at least write.

I hate most of the dreams I have.

I'm sorry you are going through that OS.
I do know how you feel and I am in much the same place. My dreams are vivid and usually about things I wish I could forget.

I hear you. I have extremely vivid dreams and nightmares. Then in the daytime I have the personality of a boiled turnip. Zero creativity. It's so frustrating because I'm an artist. I can still force myself to go to art class twice a week and I paint there. At home I just sit around.

I can relate. At night my mind is incredibly active. When I force myself to sleep I will have very vivid dreams of all the people I lost in my life and I will wake up wrecked. It sometimes takes me hours to recover and usually I don't get anything creative done in the day. The most creative thing I do is writing here right now even though I use to paint and write when well. It is frustrating and hits my self-esteem.
