I don't always understand things but my pcp agrees with my T that I am manic or hypomanic. She wouldn't committ to one or another because she's not a psychiatrist and has never been comfortable to overstep her bounds I guess. Like she'll give her opinion like when I was originally having issues about 4 or 5 years ago but she said I needed to go to a pdoc to be diagnosed for example. So can anyone tell me what the difference is between mania and hypomania?
