I think my medicine corrected the suicidal urges but not the lack of energy. I have trouble making it through the day without a (long) nap. How do I know it's not related to something else. I had this issue until about six months ago. Now it is coming back.

Same thing happened to me with my meds. I don't have an answer, it just seems gradually I stopped needing to nap as much. I still take naps occasionally.
Thanks for this!

I've been having the same sort of reaction. I just attribute it to the meds doing what they're supposed to do. After my recent SIs that resulted in being hospitalized, I'll take what I can get.

Not really neat. It sucks. I am having trouble making it through my work day and when I am off I sleep through much of my day.

I've dealt with this issue in the past. It was usually when I wasn't on an SSRI. I started Zoloft again a few days ago and I have an energy boost, but still am depressed. Go figure. But maybe your pdoc could consider Provigil or Adderall?

I've had this happen to me several times this year. I just had to stay in constant communication with my pdoc to make adjustments as needed. It helped me somewhat. Maybe an adjustment may help you. Please take care.
