I need to eat healthier. This year is the poorest I've eaten in a long time. Too much sugar, carbs and junk. (used to run 3-4 times a week now Ive run like 4 times this year) ugh... really really really need to get back on track.
Looking for yummy healthy lunch options to take to work, any ideas?

shredded chicken salad with avocado.
I had a rotissere chicken sandwich from subway on whole wheat flat bread, spicy sauce and spinach and tomatoes and hot peppers. It was delicious!
and cost $5.00 and it was delicious!
