For me the depression and anxiety has become worse.Especially the depression.This awful depression that I can`t seem to get rid of.

I can't say if its age or not because most years after dx I self medicated. But now that I'm (somewhat) sober, I'm struggling more trying to find the right cocktails. New meds help for awhile until I max out on dose or they just start making me worse. I have to say that the past year was the worst I've been and Ive been dx'ed 12 years now
