In no particular order, I want to speak from my experiences. Mostly about body parts. And soul parts.

I'm 67 yrs young. Have three kids in 3 marriages. Wrong #1.
I wasn't ready, and never will be, to have kids. Or be married,
Be sure you got what it takes to raise 'em.
And I'm not talking money. The only thing I provided.
Remember that when God gives no kids, the devil sends nephews and nieces.
Help with one of those or get a pet.

Take care of your body no matter how depressed you are.
I was in a one year depression only going from the computer to the kitchen to my bed.
Before this happened, I was a normal man. Probably looking and feeling 50.
Now look and feel 90.
Try and feel your hands behind your back. Or get up from the floor without touching anything else.
If you can do it, don't lose it. I did.

If you don't need glasses to read, don't wear 'em. Nom matter how much you squint. I could read without 'em until my wife (almost blind) nagged with the squinting. She has an operation to have Hi/Lo beams and STILL wears glasses. Please, I don't care if you put the book a mile away.`Or squint your life away. I started 6 months ago with a 1.25. Now a 2.00 doesn't look clear. That fast.

Tiring easy is my new hobby. Can you walk a mile in 20 mins?. I could fastwalk 5 in 55 mins. I think a world record. Without running. I've measured that distance more than 10 times, because I can't believe myself.
Guys at the gym didn't even try.
Can't walk the dogs properly now. But I'm trying. Hard.

How many pullups you can do?. Won't give you a number from before, I never counted. Until I tired.
Now I can do ONE, jumping. Of couse, I was pulling 165lbs. I'm pulling 201 now.
Take care of your body. You will last more than you think. I was programed to last 50, and lived that way.
I don't repent but given a chance to a little guidance from someone I would listen to I would not have "Arthur" (Arthritis.)

Sorry, as I said. I tire easy. More coming later. If only one listens, my effort won't be in vane.

Thanks.
I feel like I'm falling apart fast too.
I had worked out my whole life. Now just swim twice a week.
Sounds like you need a pick me up too.
Try being thankful. Count your blessings.
We love and care about you here!

Thank you sweetheart.
I'm 90% out of my depression. Enough to function easy. Need another 10%.
It all comes down to air. I just don't want to scare the kids with my emphysema for now, but it's coming in Part II.

Swimming twice a week is enough to at least maintain what you got now.
Arthur won't get you. Of course, we can't aspire to be like when we were twenty.
Keep it up!!!.

Glad to hear you're 90% free of the monster.
The only thing we can do is our best in each moment.
Is oxygen an option?

Pirlin I just had an hour massage on my shoulder which i have been battling tendinitis for two years. Now calcific tendinitis. 6 months of pt has mildly improved it but no to level of being able to do my martial arts or lift properly. Hopefully this massage , well I know it helped, but will last long without pain. Last massage week and half ago and was almost a week with out pain. I'm opting for the shot.

My blood oxygen level is 98. While is that high medicare won't approve it.
I surely like it. We use it playing softball. But no luck now. And certainly I prefer the high level to the constant oxygen. LUV.

Boogie,
What's important is to keep moving. I'm doing repetitions 4-15 with 10lbs. I used to do more, with 30lbs. But that was then and this is now. I'm proud of myself!!!.
Keep trying, without exerting yourself. Definition is as important as volume.
Rock on.

I feel old now, but is temporary. I was young until the dam depression.
ANY exercise is good. 2 miles if you try to walk a little faster everytime are excellent.
Remember muscle is way heavier than fat. So you may have lost a lot more fat than you realize.

The most important part is doing something. And consistency.
If you can find anything with no high fructose corn syrup, buy it.
You will lose weight. Just by doing that. It's addictive and produces hunger. Do what I say, not what I do.
I'm weak for junk food. That's why diets don't work for me. To lose weight I need exercise.
When I do it, I think about how much I hafta burn myself to lose weight and I don't eat the junk food. Good luck!!!.
