I can't leave my bed. I'm that scared. If I leave my bed, the woman gets mad. If I fall asleep, she likes to torture me. There's no escape anymore.

Well, there's one but I can't do that. I said I wouldn't so I'm trying not to.

I don't think she knows I'm writing this. I know she's a hallucination but why does she feel so real sometimes? Not at this moment but when it all happens.

I'm tired of being scared of my own breath. I'm tired of all this torment. And I don't know if this is the right forum for this. I'm just trying to rationalize what's happening to me.

How are you posting- on a phone? Can you call your pdoc? Do you have any antipsychotic that you can take an extra dose of with pdoc's permission? You sound miserable! HUGS!

I saw the pdoc. Didn't tell him about the hallucinations. I'm already on an AP but I'm not a fan of taking it. I get so damn drowsy for a day and a half after a single pill. That and my heart beat becomes slightly irregular and can sometimes induce a panic attack or two, or three, or several throughout the day. Yeah, I was posting on my laptop that I keep on my bed all of the time.

If you don't regularly take your AP, then you're not in any shape to avoid the bad stuff. These meds take time to build up in your system and develop their effectiveness.
