Hello everyone,

I want to know your answer to this, or if you feel the same way I do.

I just had the thought like..what's the point in living the lifestyle I'm inspired to live when I'm feeling good when it just goes down the drain once I get sad again?

What is the point in making any progress when I always end up back at square one?

Hi RustyGrape, definitely been in the same mindset as yourself. I know it's hard feeling this way & things can seem pointless. Try to celebrate your wins & enjoy when things are good. Any sort of progress is fantastic ! I hope you feel better soon

Morpheus from The Matrix told Neo there is no point, that our obsession with having a point is part of the problem...

I'm trying to accept that certain things just are.
Thanks for this!
