My functioning like showering, eating, leaving the house ...
nonexistent. I am disabled but this is severe. Have not slept one minute in three days, yet was sleeping 15+ hours last week. Depressive episode has cycled into a mixed episode. I loathe IP, but my pdoc said it was urgent that I go. He has a bed reserved for me, it's a good crisis hospital. Yet, I'm so stressed. He said he will call me today and check on me. And once I'm stabilized in a few days, what next? I take my meds and don't drink or use street drugs...but I'm otherwise failing miserably in self-care. I got so busy taking care of others under very stressful times...and I'll need to do more when I get out. Sorry for vagueness. OK, S.O. is packing my bag in the car. Thanks for reading. I'll pull through. |
