Every winter I get depressed. But this winter was much harder. We had a tough winter with a lot of snow. I got sick, was barely bathing, was barely eating. It felt like it would never end. No energy for anything. I was tempted to see about an increase in my AD. I've lost 10 lbs, but that's ok lol.

Finally it's getting dark later, Sun has been shining the last week or so. Snow is melting. I gave myself a pedicure. My son is doing well. Appetite is back. Bathing more often. There is hope again!

I should post when I'm struggling, but I don't have the energy. I'm gonna try to tho. You guys are great.

This winter hit me quite hard, too. The trees in bloom and longer light hours are helping. I'm so glad you're feeling improved, rose

It's been really warm here, but we're dropping back into a round of cold weather. I have trouble being cooped inside with winter weather. It increases my anxiety and all I can do is try to sleep it off.

Glad you're doing better, though.

Thanks. sorry you're now having cold weather. It's still cold here, but in the low 40s in the day. Much better than it was. Hope you don't fall into a depression.

Hi Rose. I'm glad to see you posting and so glad to hear you are feeling better and things have improved for your son also. This has been a tough winter for me and my family also and I know how rough it can be to deal with family issues on top of depression and horrible weather as well. I hope things continue to look up for you and your entire family.

Thank you Elsa. Yeah it was tough dealing with my son and him going into psychosis. He seems fine now and even took out his big earrings! He's going to let his ear lobes shrink down. He's thinking about getting a better job.

I'm sorry you've been struggling. I hope you get to feeling better very soon. has the iud helped at all?
