I saw my t. The first time in 6 weeks. I was Paranoid she'd hospitalized me. Well she didn't. She's worried about me wants me to do iop. It's 5 weeks. If I don't want meds. I have an appointment with a pdoc next Tuesday. She doesn't like that I'm isolated. My next to appointment with her is the 21st. Hopefully I'm not so nervous next week. I'm so nervous to go to the Dr. I have to get use to the new Dr. I'm top of the list for a therapist change. I'm all over the place.

Good luck with your appointments Miguel'smom. Hope it goes well.

I don't have a therapist & I'm no longer on psych med's. I do still have a pdoc. I just see him a couple of times a year, just to keep my foot in the door, so to speak. I just scheduled my next appointment yesterday. It's at the end of March.

Every time I need to schedule one of these appointments, I always procrastinate for at least a couple of weeks before I actually get around to doing it. I don't know why. My pdoc only sees me for about 10 minutes or so. He doesn't really care what's going on with me. He just wants to know if he can write me any prescriptions. I always say no. The whole thing's kind-of odd...

Skeezyks how do you say no to a dr and get them to accept that? I don't want IOP but this T is pushing that because her schedule doesn't allow more then every 4-6 weeks. Why do I have to go IOP or group for her schedule, just transfer me already.

Nope, I am at the top of the transfer list but they're having issues with my insurance.
