Well, I have mentioned a few times now, I might have been hypomanic/mixed the last week.
Symptoms: Very BAD mood, but not at all depressed. I am constantly angry, aggressive, partly very emotional, can't stand people and noises. Sleeping way less due to trouble falling asleep. Racing, faaaaast thoughts, trouble to concentrate, likely to snap at people, want to be left alone to do whatever I do (but no way I lay down in bed). Partly more talkative. Partly more joking. More posting and a little more creativity. AND: Bad physical pain. I am starting to connect this with dysphoric hypomanic phases. My WHOLE ****ing body hurts. I have a little cold now but I know it has nothing to do with it because I have experienced this before and it is a pain different from flu or cold. Every single joint in my body hurts, every limb and my head is going to explode. The downside of my feet is hurting. My fingers. I could almost say my hair is hurting. I keep taking paracetamol the last two days and nothing helps. The pain makes it even harder to control the aggressions. Also I got stomach problems from time to time and am losing my appetite. Does anyone experience anything similar and not just in depression (because I am sure I am not depressed at all)? |

I have muscle tension, joint pain, nausea and severe anxiety->panic when too concentrated on something. I put all these symptoms under anxiety umbrella. Well maybe joint pain is not anxiety related.
Im sensitive to almost everything. I FIGHT IT by recognizing what my mind and body needs at the moment. Do I need to sit down? Move a bit? Take a walk? Do yoga? Meditate? Other mind doings are much more complicated to sum it up in this message. Hope this helps you. |
