Happy birthday to me 🎂🎂🎂 I honestly didn't think I'd live to see #43.
If you had asked me 6 months where I'd be today I probably would have said 'I'll be dead by then'. I still battle most days with those negative thoughts, but thanks to a great care team and the support of family and friends, I always seem to pull through. It sucks that I'll be alone, yet again, but I think I'm used to it by now.

Glad to hear you made it this far. About a month ago I "celebrated" my 11th anniversary of the beginning of hearing voices. I also never thought I'd make it this far, with SZA. I hope you go out and light up the town!

Thank you everyone. It's been a very low key day, except for a visit to the doctor. I had a nice weekend of celebrating so it's all good. Here's to hoping this year is better than the last
