I have a game, and I would prefer to keep it in the bipolar thread as it is specific for those who have bipolar disorder. I thought this would be a great "resource" to have suggestions on ways to cope when manic and/or depressed.

A bit of background, I have a few go-to's for when I am feeling strongly on either end of the bipolar spectrum, but sometimes those go-to's simply aren't enough. I hope that with the game creation I and other members who need help coping can contribute ideas on ways to cope and can try new coping skills they've found here.

Rules are simple: Going from A to Z list a coping skill for either mania, depression, or mixed state.

I'll get the ball rolling...

A: Attend a yoga class

B: Breathing exercises

C: Count the positives

The next letter is...D!
Thanks for this!
