Hey, All!! We now have the whole alphabet but still need X. I have collected them all, and when someone posts an X definition (good luck! ha) I'll print the whole list of them on this thread.

There were some letters that had more than one entry, so I put all responses in for any letter that had more than one.

Thanks again, Literary Lark, for this super game! This is so fun --and so useful!!! I'm going to tape it to my wall!

Now we have the whole alphabet. I hope someone would come with something that's a "real" X word....

A - Allow yourself to grieve. Attend a yoga class.

B - Breathing exercises

C - Create. Write, draw, express your thoughts and feelings any way you like. Celebrate your flaws. Count the positives One, Two, Three…etc

D - Do kind things for yourself. Drink LOTS of water and eat healthfully.

E - Expect the best and prepare for the worst. Exercise

F - Find the positive! Look for it everywhere – where is it this minute?

G - Get enough sleep! Get out of our own heads and into the present.

H - is for hope that symptoms are stable. Horseback riding

I - is for INSPIRE (Be Inspired)

J - just breathe

K - is for Keep Calm. Keep talking!

L - is for Let it go (cry if you need to). Listen to music.

M- medication. Take it as prescribed. M - Meditation, mindfulness

N - is for No problem. No problem keeping up with life as normal - at least that's my hope for the future. Nature, get out in it!

O - is for overthinking. Don't do it! Keep your mind calm and just work on what's in front of you. Open up, don't keep secrets about how you are feeling

P – Positivity – Don’t dwell on negative thoughts. Paint something. Pets.

Q - Quiet time...sometimes you just need to get away from others . Also, Quickly decide to stay on your medication

R - Relaxing;. Read a book for entertainment or to learn more about the illness.

S - supplements are very important. Swimming

T - talk about your feelings

U - Understand and learn about your condition

V - (Take a) Vacation. Yoga.

W - Win back your life

X - is for eXample from role models. and for being an eXample for others who are not as "far along" the bipolar experience as you.

Z - find you zen

Here are some bad X examples:

be Xenial (hospitable) to newcomers on PC
X-ray your thoughts to see if they make sense
play the Xylophone and other instruments.
