It is difficult. I trust my pdoc but not the on-call one or the registrar. They are probably great doctors but i don't know them yet. And to be in crisis with this change really scares me. I see the pdoc on Saturday and the registrar tomorrow. It was the registrar who upped my AD despite my concerns that it may make me more wild, out of control and impulsive. Guess it is a wait and see game now.

As long as I have great nurses I should be ok. It is when I get the indifferent, incompetent ones that my buttons are pushed and I react badly.
