Hey. I am sorry you are struggling. I wish I had some wise words to give you comfort. But just know that I'm listening and I hear you. I have felt that kind of pain and it seems intolerable.

Can you find something to distract yourself. Or put that idea on hold, even just for 1 day. Go back to worrying about it tomorrow, when maybe things will look different?

If it gets to be too much, call someone. A hotline, your doctor, a friend. Reach out for some live help. I know that is easier to say than to do. But please do whatever you need to stay safe. Hang in there. You are not alone. ((Hugs))
Thanks for this!

There should be some local help lines in each area. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-TALK [8255]) is the United States based suicide prevention network of 161 crisis centers, that provides a 24/7, toll-free hotline available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. After dialing 1-800-273-TALK (8255), the caller is routed to their nearest crisis center to receive immediate counseling and local mental health referrals. The Lifeline supports people who call for themselves or someone they care about. I wish you the best

-----Take a walk in nature, best with a friend. If you are anywhere near the ocean, go there NOW. It's so healing. It's Easter, it's spring, the season of renewal. Make a goal of how you want to feel and break down how you intend to get there into baby steps. YOU CAN DO IT! You have done this before!
Busy? Put some things off. Nothing is as important as your stability. If your counselor won't answer, go there in person and ask to be seen as an emergency. Don't take no for an answer. Go to the emergency room if necessary.
You are a valuable person! We are with you!
Thanks for this!

Im sorry you're feeling so bad. Are you alone? It sounds like you need help being safe. If you're not safe, the ER is where I go to.

Never give up. You know why? How you feel right now is temporary. It WILL pass because bipolar disorder always cycles.

I think you need to go to the hospital and they can stabilize you. You'll be safe and get to feeling much better fast.

I'm sorry you are hurting so badly. You're not alone. Please hold on. You're too important and you are worth it. I'm here if you need to talk. It will get better. What happens in two weeks? Have you done the text line 741 741 and typed hello? They are good with useful resources.

I gotcha. The negativity is quite alright. I would be annoyed too if my pdoc appointment was in 2 weeks and they have no options set up for emergencies. Who does that? I don't have any advice but I'm here. You're not alone.

Thanks for this!

it isnt just that either the other thing annoying me is that i am 99% sure once i get to the appointment they will not even be of any help.

Be prepared and take a list of symptoms and other things that are bothering you to the appointment so they can hopefully help you. It sounds like your anti-psychotic isn't working. You should not have to live like this. I really hope you can find good help.

Start your search for a new pdoc now then. I had a terrible pdoc and it took me about 2.5 months to get a new one. My new one is great so it was well worth the effort and wait.

See depression as a wave in the sea, fight and ride it till you back up again. It sucks even journal writing thoughts might help? If you feel getting worse call a councillor or crisis line?
