Regular exercise helps me both mentally and physically. I always feel in a better mood after being active, and I am noticing that I don't breathe as heavily when walking up hills and doing other everyday tasks. I don't keep track of my weight or measurements because those things are secondary - I'm at a normal weight so I try not to focus too much on the physical aspect. I've always thought exercise is a great anti-depressant of its own.

Almost a year ago my wife and I started using YNAB to budget our finances. Since then we've paid off over $60,000 in debt, taken two family vacations which we've paid for in cash, paid cash for good Christmas and birthday gifts for our kids, cleared out all our remaining credit card debt, sold a house, bought a house, and have a plan for every dollar under our control. We have all April expenses paid and funds set aside for all of May's expenses. As of today we are spending money we made 72 days ago.

Before YNAB our finances were a mess and we were spiraling out of control. It's amazing what a difference a year of financial responsibility makes.

Exercise, eating healthier, trying to get better at organization and listening, and most recently meditation. I should add at least TRYING to sleep better. But I hate sleep.

We are a work in progress as long as we are alive. IMHO
I try to eat healthy and I try to get some exercise.
I am much more aware of my MI than I was years ago so I try to
stay on top of it as much as possible and not make bad decisions as I have
in the past.

well, I don't like veg (really can't tolerate it)

so, each day I trry to at least have 1 bit of fruit.

an orange, or a plum, or some grapes... it's something

I used to have sausages for breakfast, now when I have them it's usually oranges (or if I don't, I have bacon), but I do try and make sure i've got oranges in.

another thing i've been trying to do is open up more.

people are like to me (and it's true), if we don't know the full issue, how can we sort it

it's difficult, but sometimes it works

oh yeah.

I don't pressure myself either.

I learnt that from the telephone mentoring

if I can't do something today, I can't do it

I still think it's a little bit of self neglect, but their you have it

I am trying to go back on my whole food diet, my brain works so much better when I eat clean. I am also trying to ride faster, it pleases me.
