It's take. All I have to shower today and I just wanted to stay in bed again. I had to get up because I volunteer in Monday's and I lied last week to get out of it. I'm sick with anxiety. I feel numb and overwhelmed all at once. Mostly numb. My friend is worried and told me to make an appointment with my pdoc so I go Wednesday but I don't really want to. I've done well for months and we made it a six week stretch between appointments this time. **** it.

If you can please go to your pdoc to get some relief. I'm sorry you're having such a tough time.

Sorry it's become a struggle. Sounds like you have a caring friend. Glad you have an appt lined up. I hope tomorrow is easier.

Sometimes taking my Geodon and going to bed is the only thing that helps.

My boyfriend called to chat. Asked if I was ok and I finally told him how I e felt this last week. He said he wondered. He said he's noticed when my stomach hurts often is when I tend to be slipping and lately he's been worried. :/ he's so smart-how did I think I could hide this? Keep feeling bugs crawling on me and thinking I'm seeing them
Too. Yuck.
