In the middle, had to calm myself down a bit though. My right hand is shaking a bit because I might be pushing myself too hard today.

Super high!! After weeks of being low, mixed and agitated. I am so glad it is over and I’m sure this high is natural.

I've always found it tough to measure my mood because my mood can change quickly. I get angry when I'm manic. When I'd down, I'm much more mellow and approachable. My wife is better at taking in my moods.
