I am hanging out in the middle. Feeling pretty good today, thinking about spending some time in the living room to dance and maybe read some books or play some PS4 - I have a lot of luxuries - I should be more grateful every day.

I’m alright. I drank chamomile tea which relaxed me last night so I could sleep finally but I found out it thins your blood / interacts with my blood thinner so I can’t drink it anymore. 🥲. We’ll see what happens tonight.
