I have been intensely angry, agitated, and spiteful today. I yelled at my Arabic teacher and nearly got into a car accident. All day long I just wanted to flip a desk over and scream at people. I said something mean to my fiancee too.

How can I control this anger? Apart from isolating myself from everyone.

Some days are like that... everything goes wrong. The way out can be identifying why exactly you are angry. Anger is a secondary emotion. It is caused by other events or emotions. Try to identify your triggers and just work on letting them go. This works for me. Good luck! Hope things go better for you.

Is aggravation and anger one of your signs for a manic or mixed episode?

Go somewhere private. Somewhere where you can scream and yell. Throw an absolute tantrum, one that would shock a three year old.

It works great and I usually end up laughing my backside off.
