For anyone following my frequent posts, pdoc finally wrote me back and suggested going back on a higher dose of seroquel. So I'm going to try that. I also met with tdoc today. She thinks I'm elevated/irritable, which is strange because I've had no sleep disturbances. She also thinks I've been having lots of auditory hallucinations.

I am honestly so stressed right now. With all the hallucinations I never get any peace and quiet, and it's making me very on edge and irritable. Just need some support through this frustrating time. Thanks all.

We're here to listen. Don't worry about the frequency of posts, just say what you need to. If there's anything we can do, let us know.

Thanks so much all! The support means a lot!

I really wish pdoc had gotten back to me last night, because then I wouldn't have to struggle another day with my moods and psychosis. Trying to keep it together...

I often am elevated/irritable. But I do not always have trouble sleeping. It's not weird elevated, irritable, hallucinating

I'm sorry you're struggling right now. Hopefully the higher dose of Seroquel helps. Try to use your coping strategies in the meantime.

Sending you a ton of support. I wish I could say you know more about your mood state than doctors but that's not my experience .....it's so hard when we don't see how we are really doing. I hope the seroquel helps. I don't know if I'm up or down or middle ground right now either. I'm sleeping ok.....I'm so darned tired but my mind is racing like Earnhardt in a Grand Prix. Tired as all heck but a mind that never rests. Makes no sense. I hope you settle and find something which makes you stable and your doctor agree. (((Hugs)))

So it sounds like some of you are saying you can experience elevated mood with normal sleep? Usually I have some kind of disturbance, but not right now. Or am I misunderstanding?
