11 1/2 years and without medication too.
It took a dentist damaging my back to bring on my current episode. |

I've always said 8 years minus a postpartum depression and it really was close to that but in hind sight I must have at least hypo mania a few times as I had several one night stands before I met my husband and would, at times, scream at him like a lunatic. When ever my symptoms came back, they came back with a vengeance.
