I was on here briefly a few months back. I got super into it, posted every day, tricked out my profile...then I vanished, a pattern which I'm sure you guys understand.
Anyway, I'm back because I liked this community a lot, and I think I'm in a place where I need to stop isolating and get more support. I had a hard couple days because I finally worked up the courage to admit to my therapist the reason for my biggest block in therapy and why I haven't allowed myself to get better. Long story. The anxiety I've had over that has been brutal. I really need to reach out again and connect with other people. I'm lonely and not doing a good job of taking care of myself. I appreciate you all for being here. This is a very cool place. |

Good to have you back.
It would be the nature of our disorder not to keep the same energy level!! I'm guilty of starting way too many projects and getting overwhelmed.
