I am a pathetic, worthless person. The world is better off without my nonsense.
No energy. Can't manage to exercise or shower. SI and SH ideations. Won't go into detail though. No psychosis, for a change. That's good I guess. I'm sorry to anyone who actually read this stupid post. Going down the tubes again...

hi. i don't think you're any of those things. society in general makes a lot of people feel that way. mental health, inc. is also very skilled at breaking down any sense of worth the "patients" have. Just sayin'.
I hope things get better for you. I like your posts and so do a lot of other people here, so please post whatever you feel like posting, whenever you feel so inclined. |

Thanks all for the encouraging words. They mean a lot to me.
I managed to get out of my room and walk around campus for a half hour. It was hot and miserable, but I forced myself to do it. Lots of SI ideations, unfortunately.

I'm going to give it a few days. It could just be an adjustment to being away from family and home. If I'm still depressed after that I'll contact pdoc.
