First of all, thank you all soooo much for your support in my other threads. I may have not responded to all of your posts, but I definitely read them all!

Anyway...

I'm going f_cking nuts. Absolutely f_cking NUTS

My mood is insane.

Yesterday I
Possible trigger:

but now today I'm hyperactive as F_CK.

My mood keeps changing for NO REASON. I just bumped up my Rexulti to handle the manic episode I was in before, but I guess it didn't work too well (or not yet)?? Now I'm either rapid cycling or mixed.

Is there an on-call pdoc where you go? I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. Mixed episodes are the worst. I hope you start feeling better soon.

I wish!

My pdoc is useless. I called him twice and both times he told me to take Klonopin. Yeah, like Klonopin is tooootally going to help...

I'm literally going insane

No, unfortunately.

The way my pdoc's office works is that every doctor is on call *for themselves*

I am very concerned about you.

Can you call your therapist?

No because she doesn't work on weekends and can't be reached via the after hours service. (After hours is only for pdocs at this office.) Even on Monday, I wouldn't know what to to tell her. I see her on Tuesday, too. So I guess it's not too far away.

I'm not going to IP over this -- that's for sure. I don't want any mental health or medical professional misinterpreting the situation. Well, my pdoc couldn't give a sh_t, but that's because he's useless.

It must feel sad to feel as though your pdoc doesn't care.

What are you looking for from him? A med adjustment? A current assessment? A need to feel heard by him?

Old treatment algorithms suggest the use of klonopin to help to calm mania. (I did a lot of research years ago, to see how mania was treated before the newer atypicals and the older typical APs.)

What don't you like about the klonopin suggestion your doctor has made?
Some people get along with klonopin, some don't.

Have you ever talked to a hotline when feeling suicidal?

Very concerned about you, blue.
We all Love you!
Please keep yourself safe.

What exactly is there to misinterpret? Buying supplies isn't really something to sweep under the rug.

Just curious what you think another doc would take the wrong way.

For what it's worth, I think you should seek out a second opinion from another psychiatrist. If you feeling you're not getting good care, you should at least give someone else a try. IMHO, of course.

Keep pestering your pdoc. He works for you, not the other way around. While you're doing that find another one.

If you're hyper, Klonopin would help. At least bring it down a bit.

Hoping you will feel better soon.
