Who else is just feeling lost in life? I'm only 24 and I can't seem to get a vision on life. I think I'm realizing that my BP diagnoses my not be effecting me as much as I think it is, and maybe it's just me.... Idk. How can I tell if it's the BP or just me getting in my own way?

I think it's important to have a routine and both short term and long term goals, it gives you something to look forward to.
My short term goals are to continue showing up to my shifts, exercising regularly and trying to read more often. My long term goal is to go back to college in about a year and a half to finish my degree. Perhaps compiling a list of short term and long term goals that interest you, as well as keeping a daily routine, would help you feel less lost in life. ![]() |
