Yes I mean "What are too many meds" and "You mean too many meds".

These seem like the same question to me.

I cant wait to get my meds squared away as Ive seen long term results from the past, just enough, Lamictal and Lithium. But I have a massive digestive issue and cant hold any type of pills down, it sucks, but hopefully upcoming deviated septum surgery will help and can get back on.

I just stopped my trazodone for sleep a few days ago. Sleep is over rated anyway. Actually, because of another med change (adderall to straterra) and lifestyle changes (less caffeine, more exercise), I had reasons to think I may be able to sleep without medication. The first couple of nights were so-so, getting 5 hours of sleep each night spread across 7 hours with periods of being up and alert. Last night I got nearly the full 7, only waking once to pee and then right back to bed. Not only that, I was awakened by my alarm so I could have slept longer.
So down to 3. The lamictal and straterra are addressing things on a daily basis. I have no doubts about their places on the list. The latuda is to reduce the occurrence of episodes that are rare to begin with, so there is a little bit of taking it on faith that I need it and that it is working but I am willing to do that right now.

Yes, I feel I have been on too many meds. I have meds for MI and meds for chronic pain, etc. My docs have recently agreed that I have likely been on too many meds and have reduced the number of meds.

Not now. Hopefully if the TD slows down and stops, that would be good. I won't know, though, until next month's meeting with the pnurse. I don't want to go back to a mood stabilizer and AP, but I'm still dealing with the physical side effects.

I am on three. I guess that's not too bad? Sometimes it feels like a lot. I wish I didn't have so many supplements though.

I'm on six psych meds along with many other meds and supplements. I think it's a lot, but I can't imagine which one(s) I could do without.

I'm on seven, but two are for med side effects.

I don't know what I could get rid of either!
